GTHING'S ONE ON ONE WITH
LIFE CENTER'S ACADEMY 8TH
GRADE PHENOM HONESTY GRAYSON.

HONESTY GRAYSON (CLASS OF 2018)

Gthing: So Honesty how has your transition been for you since coming to the Life Center, to play basketball ?

Honesty: The Transition has been great, I'm enjoying the entire experience.

Gthing: Was you nervous at all to play with the Varsity team since you are only in the 8th grade ?

Honesty: I was a little nervous at first, just thought of playing Varsity but when game time came I had to play, I didn't have time to be nervous.

Gthing: How does it feel to be playing with a group of All-Stars like Isis Young, Aja Ellison ?

Honesty: It felt great, they are my big sisters, I've learned a lot from them.

Gthing: So now that some of the Upper Classmate are leaving, do you think that you Aliyah Jeune and Theresa will be able to carry the load next year ?

Honesty: Yes, with a lot of hard work, we'll be fine. We've already had to fill big shoes early this year due to injuries. So it's kind of already prepared us mentally for next year.

Gthing: What will be some of your goal's next year as a Freshman ?

Honesty: Some of my goal's next year as a Freshman is to just be a stronger me. Stronger mentally and physically. It's about getting better and better every year. And of course get that Championships.
