Profile: Shani comes from a family of ballers, from her sister to her dad. Gerald is not your average size Combo Guard, she is a 5'6 six grader how has size in strength with a nice touch. She has all the fundamentals and coaching necessary to be a great guard. Shani can hit a mid-range jump shot and has the capability of creating her own shot.

MAY "MONEY" SHARIF
 
 
Monday - Today school was okay. I have a math text tomorrow and I really hope I do go on it. After school went to the park and played basketball. I worked on my foul shot shooting, my jump shot and did some dribbling drills.

Tuesday - Today I had a math test and I hope I did good on it. After school I hung out with my friends. Then later on I had to go to basketball practice for the Belles

Wednesday - Today I played 5 on 5 with my friends in the gym. After that went to my friends house. Then later on I just went home and finished my math homework.

Thursday - Today I woke up around 5:00 am, got ready for school and prayed fajr. After that I ate some cereal for breakfast. Later on I just waited for my bus to come. School was okay. I was tired all day. Then later on I had to go to basketball practice. It was a good practice for our game this weekend.

Friday - Today school was fun. In the gym I played my little brother 1 on 1. Then did some relay races with my friends. After school went to the store and chilled with my friends.

Saturday - This morning I had to wake up 4:30am to go to New Jersey for a basketball tournament. I was so tired, I didn't really feel like getting up. It was a 2 hour and 15 minute drive so I go to sleep. Our first game was at 8am and we lost by like 15 points. But I thought my team and I hustled Hard. I had some nice passes and steals. Our next game was at 10 am against The freedom team. We lost by 6 points. I thought we could of did better and won that game. But I thought they were a great shooting team, later on after the game went home relaxed and watched a movie called Forever Strong. It was a great movie. After that went off I watched the Nba playoff game Heat vs. Pacers until I fell asleep.

Sunday - This morning our game was at 8am again. We played against the New Jersey elite and we lost but they were a great 7th grade team. Our next game was at 11:45. We did great that game and we won by 32 points. I had 8 points, 4 steals, 5 assist and 7 rebounds I thought I did good. After the game went to mama's barbecue. It was fun. I seen my little cousins that I haven't seen in a while. Later on I ate a burger and some crabs, it was so good. Then played basketball with my friends. After that I watched tv until it was time to leave. Later on I went to my aunt's house for a little while and went outside and chilled with my cousins.

Lauren was among 153 player's chosen from across the state to compete for a spot on the USA Women's Basketball Team 17 Under, although she didn't get pick Ross said that it was a great experience for her. Gthing knows that Lauren will make that team one day, since she is only in the 7th grade, La-Buckets has nothing but time. Here is a list of some of the Player's that made the team and who tried out.

Skinny: Maddie can play the 3 thru 5 position, soft hands and can get up in down the floor in to the post with no problem.

Position: Combo Guard

Skinny: Since the disbandment of pure, the strong Combo Guard decided to play for Coach Miller. Van'ness is very strong, she can attack the basket, well  enough handle to past others.

New Team: Hoop Nation

Old Team: Pure

Class: 2017

Position: Forward

Skinny: Now that she is with Hoop Nation Janee'a seems like she is right at home. Summers had a great freshman year, in now she is having a great AAU start. Janee'a is a great defender, she moves well on the block and plays bigger than she looks, a rebounding machine.

New Team: Team Miller

Old Team: Pure

Class: 2017

Position: Combo Guard

Skinny: Another piece added to Team Miller, Thomas was also a member of Pure and now that Coach Miller snatch her up they should be a great Team. Nyasia is very athletic, a Combo Guard but is strong enough to play the 3 thru 4 positions. She can knock down a mid-range shot also the three ball when she has to.

Position: Combo Guard

Skinny: Amayla is one tough Combo Guard who plays with a attitude and speed. She brings that to the Belles program now, Sharif only plays the point now put has the ability to play the two also. Amayla is a great defender who has a high motor and she is always up for a challenge.

Monday - Today in the gym, I just worked on my jump shot. After that went home and did my math homework. Later on I just watched TV and ate dinner.

Tuesday - Today I had basketball practice. It was a fun practice. We did two ball dribbling drills, worked on our shooting and then at the end played 3 on 3.

Wednesday - This afternoon I rode my bike with my brothers and sisters at the park. Later on when I got tired from riding my bike, I just dribbled the ball for a little while. After that went home, ate dinner and did my chores.

Thursday - This evening I had basketball practice for the Belles. We had a good practice. Worked on our press break, we did some 1 on 1 drills, played 5 on 5, then ate the end we play a basketball game called Sike. It was a fun game. 

Friday - Today school was fun. In the gym played knock out with my brother and his friends. It was funny and fun. After school went home played 2k14. Then later I watched the Kevin Durant MVP speech. It was a nice speech he made.

Saturday - This morning ate breakfast, then watched TV and prayed my Salats. After that cleaned up my room, and got dress. Later on I wen to my cousins house for a little while. Then went to the store with my mom.

Sunday - Today wasn't a busy day. This morning woke up prayed, then ate some breakfast. Later on just played on my xbox and finished my math homework.

Profile: Gthing didn't see Asonah  play two weeks ago with her 7th grade team, but we later found out that she was playing up with her 8th grade team, in now we see why. She is a exceptional Combo Guard who can do it all on offense, Alexander is smooth with the ball in can crossover anyone who stands in her way. She is long in athletic, very explosive, and also she has a mid-range in a long range game when she has to.

Profile: Nas has unbelievable strength for a 6th grader, she small but can get to the rack with easy because of that. Nasira dribbles well enough to get pass her defender and finish strong at the rim, one thing for certain that if someone is in her way she will go hard at them no matter what.

GTHING FIRST INTRODUCE JANEE'A TO THE WEBSITE LAST YEAR WHEN SHE WAS PLAYING FOR HER AAU TEAM WHICH WAS TEAM PURE, THIS YEAR SHE IS NOW PLAYING FOR HOOP NATION SINCE PURE'S GIRLS PROGRAM DISBAND. GTHING WAS ABLE TO TALK TO HER AFTER ONE OF HER GAMES AND SHE TOLD US THAT WHILE PLAYING FOR BOUND BROOK HIGH SCHOOL AS A FRESHMAN IN (NEW,JERSEY) JANEE'A PUT UP GOOD NUMBERS. SUMMERS MADE 1ST TEAM ALL CONFERENCE,  3RD TEAM ALL-STATE, FOR CENTRAL JERSEY GROUP 1, SHE FINISHED THE SEASON WITH 540 PT'S, 435 REBOUNDS, AND 105 BLOCKS, JANEE'A SAID THAT FOR THE NEXT THREE YEARS SHE WILL BE WORKING ON HER BALLING HANDLING SKILLS. GTHING THINKS SHE HAS ALL THE TOOLS NECESSARY TO BE A ALL AROUND GOOD PLAYER WHEN HER BALL HANDLING SKILLS GET BETTER AND HER MID-RANGE JUMP SHOT.

MAY "MONEY" SHARIF

Monday - Today I played basketball in the gym after school. First I played 2 on 2 with my brother and his friends. It was fun. Later on went home and rode my bike for a little while.

Tuesday - This evening I had practice. It was run practice. We did a lot fun dribbling and shooting drills.

Wednesday - Today I had a scrimmage for the Belles. My team and I did okay. I thought we should hustled more and made better passes.

Thursday - Today was practice for the Belles. We worked on our defense and and did some shooting drills.

Friday - Today I woke up, got ready for school, ate breakfast. Then I prayed fajr. After that I just waited for the bus to come. Today I got my English test back and got a 93% on it. I was really happy. After school I walked to the store with my brother. Then chilled with my friends. Later on I went home and watched a basketball documentary called the fab 5 with my brother and dad. It was a nice documentary. 

Saturday - This morning around 9:15 I had a basketball game for the Belles and we played against the Maryland Belles. We lost but I thought they were a great team. They had some nice point guards and some nice shooters on there team. After our game I some other good basketball games. Later on it was time for our second game. We lost against the Crossover 9th grade team by 15 points. I thought my team and I did good. We hustle a lot more and boxed out good. In that game I had 7 points, 2 blocks, 5 assists and 4 steals.

Sunday - Today at 9:15 again. We played against the 1 on none team. We won that game by 23 points. I thought that was a great game. My team and I played very good. At the end of that game I had 8 points, 4 assist, and 6 steals. After that game I hung out with my teammates. We went to the hotel for a little while , then went to Starbucks. Later on we went back to the gym and rested  before our next game. We played at 2:15pm against the Crossover 8th grade team. We won by 3 points.  We did good, we hustle a lot at the end to keep us in that game. I thought I should of played defense a little better that game. I fouled out within the last 4 minutes left. But my team and I had a great weekend. We went 2-2 and went 3rd place in our bracket.

Britnee is very athletic and she loves to attack no matter if it's on offense or defense. Gabriel is a good rebounder who is very strong and nifty, at one time during the game she went up for a layup in she was so high me in a couple of parents were like, she could have seriously dunk it.

Kelina has top notch speed and can get to the basket with easy, Menard has good ball handling skills and she also is slick with the ball to, Kelina is shifty and have a tons of moves with a jump shot.

Thursday - Today I had basketball practice for the Belles. We did the same things we did last practice. We did shooting and passing drills. Then later on we scrimmage at the end.
