Hello Basketball People, I'm Back With My Diary.

Monday: Today I did my daily routine I got up, got ready and ate a hard boiled egg. When I was done I waited to go to school. I normally get to school before it opens so I just relax. When they open the school I proceed to the following classes: civics, science, English, Math, lunch, Latin then gym. After those classes I went and got ready for my workouts. In workouts I stretched, did two ball dribbling drills, defensive slides, jab step shot, v-cut one dribble 3, then we worked on some post moves. The last two things we did where 3 on 3 and 10 in 1’s. After the 10 in 1’s we meet in the middle, have prayer then leave. After practice I came home did my homework then relaxed the rest of the day.

Tuesday: Today I got up and did my daily morning routine. When I got to school I waited for them to open the school then I went to my normal classes. After school was over I went and got ready for workouts. At workouts today we started off with some stretches then we got into some two ball dribbling drills, after the drills we did jab step layup, jab step reverse layup, then we did some three on three on three, the loser had to do a penalty. After the game we did 10 in 1’s then we met in the middle to talk and pray then we left. Then we went home and I finished my homework. After I finished my homework I relaxed the rest of the day.

Wednesday: Today I got up and did my daily routine. After school we are not allowed to use the gym, because my school is a Christian school and they have Wednesday night bible study. So we went to the weight room . In the weight room we did four corners, wall jumps, side jumps, toe raises, one leg side jumps, and then we finished with one leg vertical jumps. After workouts I had to wait for my dad to finish working out so while he was working out I just finished my homework. When he was done I went home and relaxed the rest of the day.

Thursday: today I got up and did my daily routine, and waited until I had to leave for school. When I got to school I attended to my normal classes. After school I got ready for workouts, at workouts we did stretches than defensive slides after that , We met at the circle with two balls and we did one Ball high one ball low , windshield wipers, spider, and figure eight. The rest of the practice we scrimmaged. After practice I went home and relaxed the rest of the day.

Friday: Today I got up and did my daily routine. When I got there I waited for them to open the school doors then I went to my normal classes. After school I didn’t have any workouts, because my dad didn’t have work and he had to take me to somebody’s house. So when I got home I got my things and me and my mom headed to Ms.Cindy’s house. The reason we went to her house was because we had to head to Virginia for the made hoops tournament. We got to the hotel at around 11 p.m and I unpacked my things and relaxed the rest of the night.

Saturday: Today I got up and did my daily routine then I went and ate. After we were done eating the coaches gave us our uniforms and then we headed to the gym. When we got to the gym we had to go sign in then they took a picture of us and gave us a badge. We got there pretty early so I just went and watched PTT play. After that I went and started to warm up. When the game started we took the league and they couldn’t catch up. We ended up winning that game by 20 and after that I went and watched ptt’s next game. After their game I started to warm up for my last game. This game was alittle bit tougher than the last but we ended up getting ourselves together and taking the league. We won the game by like 10 and after that I went and hung out with triple threat for alittle then I went back to my hotel and relaxed.

Sunday: Today I got up and did my daily routine. When I was ready me and my mom went to Waffle House for breakfast. After breakfast I went to Cracker Barrel then after that I went and packed. When I got to the gym I watched philly triple threat play then I went and got warmed up for my game. We started off with the league and we didn’t let them score by second half we were up by 14 but then they started to make a come back. We ended up winning by two and afterwards we headed home. I got home at around 7 and I relaxed the rest of the day.

Then I just relaxed the rest of the day.

Saturday:Today i got up and did my daily routine. Today I had practice so I got up and went to that at 1. In practice we ran a lot of plays , we worked on our out of bounds play, defense play, and press. We started the practice with shooting then after that we got into our plays. Sunday: Today I got up early, because I had a camp at sportika. So I did my daily routine and left around 8. When I arrived at the gym they gave me my jersey and I went and started warming up. When the camp started they took everyone up stairs and then we started. They talked to us then introduced theirselves then we started doing drills. We did a lot of ball handling drills like, between the legs into a wrap both sides, between the legs pick up the cone wrap drop the cone, pound cross, and after those ball handling drills we moved on to a different drill. In the next drill we have this heavy ball that we would have to hand off so we did a jump split hand off the heavy ball layup, then we did jump split hand off the heavy ball turn around shot and we did that on the right and left side. After those drills they put us into groups for our team then we went to lunch. When we came back from lunch we started playing the games. We only played two games, after the games they talked to us and then we took pictures and left. After the camp I went home and relaxed the rest of the day.
